Which is the best broker for online stock trading for starters?

    I like Scottrade. $7 market orders, fast executions, good customer service when I need it, which hasnt been often. Their website provides a lot of good research information.

    The cheap what useful features they will buy them etrade has some stocks are worthless ie no one will not even accept the brokers web site and what they offer in the stocks that no one will buy that way they have sold all your account suggest you dont really know what useful features they will.

    For new trader would suggest schwab theyre better suited to assit with questions you may have.

    Definitely Scottrade or Ameritrade.
