Is there Day Trading restriction on ETFs?

If you have less then $20k in your account can you do more then 3 in/out trades on an ETF within a week?

I know there is no restriction on the mini futures - how about the ETFs

    ETF rules are just like stocks.

    BTW, It’s $25k and 4 day trades in 5 days.
